Kasch Torres was born with a rare disease called SCID, Severe Combined Immune Deficiency. He will need a bone marrow transplant before he reaches three (3) months old.

Huricane Sandy Hits The Rock

 Well...Thats was Interesting!!

Trees down, power lines dimolished, houses crushes, cars under water

and oh yeah...all that flooding!

For those of you who haven't gotten the chance to see the Rock latley,

We got CRUSHED! 

Lots of flooding destroyed the Yacht clubs, water front property and streets!

Down trees left most without power.

Hope everyone is alright, safe and dry!! If you need help with anything
reach out to us at anytime!!

Breast Cancer Fundraiser @ The SS Norden Club

Come Check it Out and Support!!

The Celtic Knots is a group made up of Breast Cancer survivors and friends and family who have been touched by Breast Cancer in some way. In 2010, Team Celtic Knot’s was formed to participate in a 40-mile walk in New York City. The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer was an awesome experience that they were all very proud to be a part of. However, the following year they decided to take local action against this global disease. They wanted to do something that would directly benefit those in need here in Connecticut. Last year, they began fundraising for the Norma Pfriem Breast Care Center, in Fairfield, CT. (The NPBCC also has locations at Bridgeport Hospital and Park Avenue in Trumbull. The Center is fully accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. They are one of only 200 sites in the country to receive such accreditation). 100% of the proceeds from our fundraisers go to the Norma Pfriem Breast Center. They are very proud of their efforts so far, and couldn't do it without everyone's help!

In the summer of 2010 they held the first of what has become their annual flagship event at the S.S. Norden Club (located at 4 Seabright Ave. in Black Rock, CT). They appreciate the support they have received from the club as well as local musicians, companies and individuals who make the Celtic Knot’s Norden Club Event such a success every year! 

This event is filled with fantastic music, food, drink specials, a raffle/auction full of incredible prizes donated by businesses throughout Connecituct, and a view of Long Island Sound that can’t be beat! It truly is an event not to be missed! (Check out the new long-sleeve shirt by us..good luck winning it!)

This coming Saturday October 13th will be the 3rd annual event. The Auction begins at 2pm; the event itself begins at 3pm and the doors will be open until 10pm. There is a $20 donation cover charge that includes food and music. Children ages 5 to 12 are $5 at the door; anyone under the age of 5 is free.

Underdog MATT CLOUGH shocked the world when he put down 33 of the hotest wings around in the 7 minute race.

Well Kevin and Ryan made the trip to Vermont for a weekend of games!! Little golf, cornhole and beruit tournament took its share on all 14 of us!!  

Only good can come from 14 guys in one house with copious amount of booze and games!

If we accomplished one thing, its showing VT how BRL roles..
